We have been with Connect Tel for a couple of weeks now and are beyond thrilled with our service. We had a hiccup last week and our service dropped out (this was a problem from our previous telco). I phoned Jarryd who was honest and upfront with me. informed me of the issue and had our service up and running within 12 hours again for us. (this issue required a huge amount of work to fix on the back end) Service from the team is exceptional! especially Jarryd. If you are looking for a LOCAL telco team then these are your people. We recently came to the crossroads with our existing on premise telephone system. With an office move imminent and pressure on an ensure any upgrade was cost neutral, ConnectTel presented a Mitel cloud-based unified communications solution which met all our requirements. The system was deployed without issue. The final cutover being executed quickly and with little downtime for our teams and customers. The system has settled nicely. Any issues are managed easily by our internal IT team. It’s not always the case that system upgrades can to add value immediately. Our Mitel Cloud-based system is certainly a success story for Rodd and Gunn.
